Main Responsibilities: • Meet with all the sales representatives on a daily basis every morning to brief them on their individual sales target for the day. • Responsible to send sales target on the WhatsApp group twice a day (Morning and Afternoon) • Manage the sales representatives, showroom’s Admin, helper & furniture assembler, and the cleaner. • Assist and help the sales representative(s) to finalize or close a deal. • Guide the customer representatives on what to sell by referring to slow moving, obsolete, best sellers, categories, forecast reports provided by the statistics department. • Make sure the showroom is well maintained, properly displayed and clean. • Make sure all furniture samples are well mounted/assembled and ready to sell. • Ensure all invoice’s selling price is same as on Furniture Wizard. • All discounts proposed by the sales representatives are subject to the approval from the Sales Supervisor. • Responsible and help customer representatives to promote cross selling or up selling, • Monitor daily sales targets by sales representatives, and departments. • Ensure price tags are changed/modified/removed according to price change on slack. • Ensure the sales representatives are convincing customers to write a FB or Google review upon purchase. • Ensure TFP CLUB is being used correctly on a daily basis. • Greet customers, and visitors in store. • Ability to listen to complaints before sending to complaint department • Stay up to date with the company’s general terms and conditions for complaint, after sales and condition of sales. • Weekly meeting with all the showroom’s staff in regards to best selling, slow moving, obsolete, individual sales target and showroom’s overall target including invoice sales, Mark up, and Completed Sales. • Stay up to date with the company’s adverts, or promotions on both digital and traditional platforms. • Motivate underperformed sales representatives, and reward over performed customer representatives. • Follow up and ensure telemarketing is being done by the sales representatives when there’s a low inflow of customers in store. • Stay up to date with new products, and provide training to sales representative. • Should be able to extract any important reports from the Furniture Wizard or request from Stats dept. • Responsible, and follow up with the Marketing Dept. for all promotions. • Follow up with sample photos, and wizard photos. • Follow up with the Showroom’s admin on cash payment due. • Ensure inventory is done correctly by the showroom’s admin. • Follow Franchise Report • P&L - Asana • Attendance - HR slack • Delivery cost - Statistics slack • Responsible to do staff appraisal in store, followed by corrective actions when required • Should be able to achieve a minimum of 85% of the completed sales target. • Follow up with the Statistic dept for repaired items (minimum 10 per showroom) • Download and work on daily Sales Report on Furniture Wizard, and send to MSU • Should visit 4 competitors per month, and provide a report as requested. • Should follow up with minimum stock report on a monthly basis (items that you should have on display) • Should follow up on the Forecast report from statistics on a monthly basis. • Should follow up on slow moving and obsolete items report, review the items, and take a decision - sales/promo • Creativity exercise in store - e.g. showroom improvements, or special events. • Work alongside the Marketing Manager, or Project Manager to improve the showroom's infrastructure and operations • Other cognate duties as assigned by the management.
Basic Pay • Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000 • Commissions Based on Sales: Ability to earn up to Rs 10,000 • KPI Commissions: Based on projects, developments, and operations: Ability to earn up to Rs 8,000 • Bus Fares Allowance
Experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sector • Previously worked as manager, supervisor, or team leader in retail sector
