Purchasing Clerks compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders. They gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
Location: Head Office
Main Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and facilitate approval on all purchase orders and coordinate with buyers to ensure accuracy of all deliveries.
• Monitor and evaluate all purchase order claims and ensure compliance to all company regulations.
• Create purchase orders.
• Track incoming orders.
• Reconcile inventory counts.
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.

Requirements
• Have at least 2 (two) years of experience in purchasing department.

Showroom
An outside sales representative conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.

Main Responsibilities:
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers

Outdoor Sales Representative Education, Skills, and Experience
Outside sales representatives should have a minimum HSC or diploma level in marketing, communications, and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement.
Having a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential to fulfilling the daily duties of an outside sales representative. What does an outdoor Sales Representative do?
The daily routine of an outdoor sales representative varies from day to day; representatives may not always be meeting with the same client or in the same place or even selling the same product or service. The overarching idea is to build connections and sell the company’s products or services. A typical day could consist of a few calls in the morning to either potential customers or repeat customers.
Being organized is the number one rule to being an effective outdoor sales representative - the day consists of discovery calls, research, product demos, follow-up calls, training, conduct in-store sales with visitors, and much more. Although the title entails being in the field most of the time, the best representatives are able to manage both in-house and field work. That is, the candidate will be working both in-store and outside.
Outdoor Sales Representatives are members of the sales team who travel to businesses within their respective territories. They meet with business professionals either in their office, at a coffee shop, in a restaurant or at the customer’s location of choice to present sales proposals, sell them products or address any questions or concerns the customer has.

Main Responsibilities:
• Meet with all the sales representatives on a daily basis every morning to brief them on their individual sales target for the day.
• Responsible to send sales target on the WhatsApp group twice a day (Morning and Afternoon)
• Manage the sales representatives, showroom’s Admin, helper & furniture assembler, and the cleaner.
• Assist and help the sales representative(s) to finalize or close a deal.

• Make sure all furniture samples are well mounted/assembled and ready to sell.

• Responsible and help customer representatives to promote cross selling or up selling,
• Monitor daily sales targets by sales representatives, and departments.
• Ensure price tags are changed/modified/removed according to price change on slack.
• Ensure the sales representatives are convincing customers to write a FB or Google review upon purchase.
• Ensure TFP CLUB is being used correctly on a daily basis.

• Stay up to date with the company’s general terms and conditions for complaint, after sales and condition of sales.
