Job Position: Sales Supervisor – reports to the S.M / CEO
Job Overview
● Responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople in the organization.
● Mentor the members of his/her sales team and brings along new ideas and develop new sales tactics.
● Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
● Identify the needs and wants of the client and ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Head of sales: responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales teams- (to consult TFP Explain for more details).
● To update Daily Sales Report on Slack (in the absence of S.M).
● To send weekly checklist to SM & CEO.
● To follow / analyze daily sales, completed sales target and Sales by Category.
● Brief sales meeting for 15 mins daily.
● To review VOS Quote of Sales representatives prior to invoicing to boost cross selling/ verification of selling price, Code, etc.
● Before exiting the showroom, visitors need to meet the Sales Supervisor and Sales Representatives need to fill up Google form and hand over the same to the Sales Supervisor.
● In absence of Sales Manager, the Sales Supervisor should be able to overcome and deal with the situation skillfully; (Handling customers’ questions and inquiries and making assertive recommendations to customers based on their needs).
● To ensure achievement of sales targets assigned individually to the Sales Team.
● To develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education while ensuring achievement of same in line with company’s Sales Policy and Strategy.
● Must have the ability to make full use of the Furniture Wizard.
● To assign Salesperson to client whenever possible / needed.
● To understand TFP Hire purchase facilities and apply for credit facilities.
● Knowledge of all Terms and Conditions of the organization.
● Any other cognate duties as may be requested.
● Reporting.
● Weekly.
● Submission of checklist.
Monthly – 3rd week of every month
● Feedback of sales personnel and their performance - suggest changes.
● Suggest improvements on all aspects in the showroom – short report.
