How It Works

01. Mention your store at checkout


Stock availability and store availability can be seen on the product pages as you shop. Once you've selected your items, you can simply mention from which warehouse or store you will pickup your items in the comment section at checkout. Some items may not be available at all warehouse or stores. Our stores location are:

  • Eau Coulée, Curepipe
  • Royal Road, Rose Belle
  • NSZ Building, Rose hill
  • Belle Etoile, Coromandel
  • St Ursule, Flacq
  • Louis Pasteur Street, Port Louis
  • ST Antoine Complex, Goodlands

  • 02. Wait for confirmation


    Place your order and wait to receive a "Call" from our Online Sales department to confirm that your items are ready for pickup.


    03. Go To Your Chosen Pick Up Location


    Once you arrive at your chosen pick up location, proceed to the store check-in desk. You will need to present:

  • Present your invoice or give the invoice number
  • A valid ID
  • The credit card used to make the purchase or you can pay by cash at the counter


  • Who can pick up your order

    You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you’ll need to provide the pickup person’s name, email address and phone number. They’ll need to show their ID and the order number at the store. Only you — or the person you’ve told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.


    Ship to store (Not applicable for peak season)

    Some items may not be immediately available for pickup at your local store, but can be shipped to your store from a TFP warehouse for free. Ship-to-store items usually arrive at the store within 3 to 7 business days. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup.


    When picking up your furniture

  • Inspect your furniture upon pick up
  • We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after pick up
  • Customer is responsible for all assembly
  • Customer accepts full responsibility for loading and securing merchandise in or to their vehicle
  • We are not responsible for any damages to merchandise during customer transportation
  • We are not responsible for damage done to your vehicle
  • It is the customer's responsibility to return items to the pick-up center for service
  • Customer is responsible to load merchandise to their vehicle. No assistance is provided by our pick-up staff unless a liability release is signed by the customer accepting full responsibility
