Below are the delivery services we offer to get you your TFP order straight to your door or to one of our stores for you to pop in and collect when it suits you. This page will display what day to expect your order for each delivery option and this will change depending on the time of day you look at it for the options available (and the cut-off times for each day).

Delivery on appointment - Your date is our date, and your time is our time.
Starts as from the next day of purchase or above.

Free Delivery available for purchases of Rs 5,000 and above.
Your delivery will be done by the driver with the help of a helper downstairs only. If you have any other specific requirements, please let us know prior to delivery so we can arrange accordingly and ensure a smooth delivery.

Delivery upstairs / Special conditions
Cost per item: Rs. 300 - Rs 800 (depending on the item) If you have opted for this service, we will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice on any floor above the ground. If you live in flats or apartments and we are unable to use the lifts, 2 to 4 delivery staff will be provided.
Return of furniture
Cost per item: Rs 500 - Rs 3,000 (depending on item). Any other special conditions, the manager of the showroom will charge the customer reasonably based on distance, complexity & persons needed.
Please note the following
Customers are responsible to make sure that there are enough clear access and angles for the items to be maneuvered. If the furniture does not fit. TFP delivery staff will leave it at your doorstep otherwise you will be charged an extra-fee for re-delivery. All delivery arrangements have to be done at the showroom or online prior to delivery.
We are not liable for any damage to property or furniture while entering your property. If you have any questions, please do contact us. In case if the furniture does not fit or have access to your property we may charge an extra fee for the return of the item.
Delivery Policy - TFP | The Furniture People
Once the Customer places an online order, TFP commits to deliver the order as soon as possible. Should the product be out of stock TFP will immediately inform the customer by email or telephone and a full refund will be granted should TFP be in possession of the payment. The Customer understands that delivery of the ordered items shall occur only at locations within the Mauritian territory limits excluding Rodrigues and other Outer Islands. To ensure safe delivery, the Customer must properly fill the delivery address, the mobile number, and any specific instructions in the fields provided online. TFP Logistic Team will contact the Customer directly to notify him when the delivery of his order shall take place. The Customer needs to present his identification document (National ID or Passport) to the TFP Logistics Staff before accepting the delivery. The Customer will have to sign a Delivery Note acknowledging delivery of the products and need to check and ensure that his products are delivered in good condition. For any issue regarding the delivered product, the Customer will have to inform the Logistics department on +(230) 5955 5889 or +(230) 5897 7689. Once a product has been delivered to a customer, TFP will not grant any refund. So it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is in good condition and meets his or her expectation at the moment of delivery as no refund or exchange will be allowed once delivery has been done. Once delivery has been made, we will not be liable for any breakages, nonconformity, or shortages of the products ordered.
