1). These animation events will be held at TFP showrooms; TFP Eau Coulee, Rose Belle, Rose Hill, Coromandel, Flacq, and Goodlands on the dates mentions above only.
2). This is a FREE event, no entry fee, or no participation fee.
3). We may, from time-to-time, run games or promotions and these may take the form of bonus offers, prize draws, competitions, contests, or other form of Promotion, or a combination of any of these.
4). Participation during the event is voluntary. You have the choice to decline to participate.
5). To participate in any of our games, you should follow the instructions set out by the animator.
6). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who cheats or who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process for, or the operation of, any Promotion, or whose conduct is in breach of the Rules.
7). Qualifying Players who win a prize as the result of any Promotion consisting of a draw, competition, contest, (each, respectively, a “Winner” and a “Prize”) must accept the relevant Prize "as is" and there is no right to a cash alternative unless we, in our sole discretion, elect to offer such a cash alternative (which may be less than the full value of the Prize). We reserve the right, at any time, to substitute any Prize with one or more prizes (other than a cash alternative) of substantially equivalent value.
8). If you are competing in a contest, league or tournament and are unable, for any reason whatever, or choose not to progress to the next round after qualifying to do so, you will forfeit your place and will not be eligible to receive any Prize to be awarded for the next or any subsequent round or the final Prize.
9). If you are competing in a game and are unable, for any reason whatever, or choose not to progress to the next round after qualifying to do so, you will forfeit your place and will not be eligible to receive any Prize to be awarded for the next or any subsequent round or the final Prize.
10). Any entitlement to receive a Prize is non-transferable.
11). By entering the event premises, you consent to the possibly photographed, video recorded and its/their release, publication, or reproduction to be used for advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any purpose by our affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/ or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future.
