We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Website Sales Coordinator to support and manage our sales operations through website. This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries received through the company website, coordinating orders efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from the first point of contact through to order fulfilment.
The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers, showroom teams, logistics, and internal departments to ensure accuracy, timely follow-ups, and smooth execution of online sales. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on all sales inquiries received via the website
- Coordinate orders from confirmation to invoicing and delivery
- Liaise with showroom teams, logistics, and purchase to ensure timely order processing
- Update product listings, pricing, and promotions in coordination with relevant departments
- Monitor website sales performance and prepare basic reports
Must Have
- Previous experience in sales coordination, online sales, or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using computers, websites, and basic systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or furniture/home products
- Basic knowledge of digital sales processes or online platforms
- Familiarity with Odoo
