Tiktok Influencer
--Eau Coulee--
TFP is recruiting Mauritian TikTok influencers to collaborate on creative campaigns across our furniture, signage, and printing businesses. Influencers will integrate 15-second promotional mentions into their usual TikTok content once per week, highlighting TFP’s brand, ongoing campaigns, or exclusive offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insert a 15-second TFP mention into one TikTok video per week, while maintaining your usual content style.
- Promote both evergreen brand awareness and specific campaigns/offers.
- Submit video scripts for pre-approval before posting.
- Report on engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) and confirm posting dates.
- Collaborate with TFP’s marketing team to ensure messaging consistency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Mauritian TikTok creator with a strong, engaged following.
- Skilled at blending brand mentions naturally into personal content.
- Creative, authentic, and culturally resonant with Mauritian audiences.
- Reliable in meeting weekly posting deadlines and reporting results.
- Comfortable delivering content in both Mauritian Creole and English/French.
Compensation:
- Fixed fee per approved video of Rs. 1500 to Rs. 5000 depending on the number of followers you have.
What's great in the job?
- Creative Freedom: Influencers keep their usual content style — comedy, lifestyle, fashion, etc. — and simply weave in TFP mentions naturally.
- Cultural Resonance: They get to promote a Mauritian brand that’s locally recognized, making their content more relatable and authentic.
- Consistent Collaboration: Weekly campaigns mean steady work and ongoing partnership with TFP, not just one-off gigs.
- Fair Compensation: Fixed payment per approved video ensures predictable income.
- Professional Support: TFP’s marketing team provides pre-approved scripts and campaign guidance, so influencers don’t have to guess what to say.
- Audience Growth: Associating with a trusted brand can boost credibility and attract new followers.
- Bilingual Flexibility: They can create in both Mauritian Creole and English/French, expanding reach across different audience segments
