As a Sales Supervisor, you are the driving force behind our regional success. You will be responsible for leading the sales teams in our Goodlands and Triolet branches, ensuring that every customer receives a "Grade A" experience. Your goal is to mentor your staff, optimize store performance, and exceed regional sales targets through strategic local initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for the Goodlands and Triolet teams, conducting morning huddles to set clear daily targets.
Lead by example on the floor, closing high-value deals and coaching sales advisors on advanced negotiation techniques.
Ensure both branches maintain premium visual standards and optimal stock levels tailored to local demand.
Conduct on-the-spot training and monthly performance reviews to help your team reach "Grade A" status.

Must Have

3+ years in retail sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory or "Team Lead" role.
Proven ability to motivate a team and hit collective targets consistently.
Ability to handle complex customer escalations with a calm, professional demeanour.

Nice to have

Strong familiarity with the customer demographics in Goodlands and Triolet.
Fluency in English, French, and Mauritian Creole to engage with all local customers.
Possession of a valid driver’s license for easy travel between the two branches.
