Sales Advisor Grade A

As a Grade A Sales Advisor, you aren’t just selling a product; you are the face of our brand. You will lead by example on the floor, turning casual browsers into loyal advocates through expert product knowledge and a "customer-first" philosophy. You’ll be expected to hit high-level targets.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed individual
- Provide a bespoke shopping experience, handling complex inquiries and complaints with grace.
- Maintain an "encyclopaedic" knowledge of our catalogue to provide tailored recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually stunning and inventory is managed precisely.
Must Have
- 2+ years in a high-paced retail or sales environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- A thick skin and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Nice to have
- Ability to assist a wider range of customers.
- Familiarity with CRM and Odoo.
- Prior experience in our specific industry.
- Experience in team lead or supervisory roles.
