As our HR Executive, you are the architect of our workplace culture and the guardian of the employee experience. You aren’t just managing files; you are managing the human potential of the business. You will act as a strategic partner to department heads, ensuring our "Grade A" talent is supported, compliant, and motivated to excel at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sophisticated sourcing strategies to designing a "world-class" onboarding journey.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and neutral mediator, resolving complex workplace issues with high emotional intelligence.
  • Facilitate annual appraisal cycles and work with leadership to identify high-potentials for internal promotion.

Must Have

  • 2+ years in a generalist HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws and employment standards.
  • Perfect written English and French
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
