The Helper supports daily operational activities by assisting with loading, unloading, cleaning, mounting, deliveries, and general support tasks, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading of furniture, goods, and materials
- Support drivers during deliveries and collections
- Assist in furniture mounting, installation, and basic handling tasks
- Ensure proper handling of items to avoid damage
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, warehouse, and work areas

Follow assigned checklists and instructions from supervisors

Report any damages, issues, or safety concerns immediately
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by management
Must Have
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Punctual, disciplined, and reliable
- Respectful attitude and good work ethics
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a helper, loader, or warehouse assistant
- Basic knowledge of furniture handling or mounting
- Experience working with tools or basic installations
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members
