Recent campaign communications have advertised sofa exchange values of up to Rs 5,000. "Up to" is a maximum rather than a guaranteed value. The actual amount depends on the sofa's condition, size, age, type, reuse potential and assessment outcome.
What if my furniture is assessed below the maximum advertised value?
This is normal. Maximum campaign values apply only where the furniture qualifies for that level of assessment. An older or more heavily worn item may receive a lower value.
Can I exchange furniture when moving house in Mauritius?
