Door Step Free Delivery
Delivery time- Monday to Saturday (11.00 – 16.00)
A driver with a helper deliver the furniture at your doorstep or down stairs only. No dismantling of the furniture needed at all time.
In case delivery is needed upstairs, customers are requested to provide assistance with at least 2 additional persons.
Express or Odd Hours Delivery
Cost per item: Rs 1,500(Dismantle small) Rs. 2,000(dismantle bulky)
If you want this service, you need to inform our showrooms prior to delivery
Cost per item: Rs. 500(dismantle small) Rs. 1,000(dismantle bulky)
We will dismantle, assemble and deliver your furniture to the room of your choice downstairs only.
The driver, one helper and one cabinet maker will be provided for delivery service.
Upstairs or any other special conditions
cost per item: Rs. 300 (Upstairs small) Rs. 800(Upstairs Bulky)
We will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice to any floor above ground.
If you are living in a block of flats and we are unable to use the lifts, 2 to 4 delivery staffs will be provided at additional costs at Rs. 500/person.
Return of Furniture
Cost per item: Rs 500(Return Small) Rs. 1,000(Return Bulky)
Any other special conditions, the managers of the showroom will charge the customers reasonable based on distance, complexity & persons needed.
Important: Customers are responsible to make sure that there is enough clear access and angles for the items to be maneuvered. If the furniture does not fit. TFP delivery staff will leave it at your doorstep otherwise you will be charged expense for re-delivery. You will be required to sign the delivery note.
All delivery arrangements have to be done at the showroom prior to delivery. Please note we are not liable for any damage to property or furniture while entering your property. If you have any question, please do contact us. In case if the furniture does not fit or have access to your property we may charge the expense for delivery and return of the item.
